Gesha Coffee Flower
The coffee tree goes through an annual life cycle. This cycle begins with a blossoming flower that eventually turns into the cherry that is harvested. These fragrant flowers only last for 2-3 days before falling to the ground. Lucky for us, these flowers were preserved and then dried. When brewed like a tea, the coffee flower displays flavors of vanilla, honey, and jasmine.
Brew Coffee Flower like you would tea:
Steep 1.5-2g of coffee flower to 240g (~8 oz) of 170 degree water for 5 minutes.
