Novo Tea White

Our White Bai Mu Dan is a full flavored white tea from Fujian Province in China. This tea, which is characterized by one leaf shoot plus two adjacent young leaves, is allowed to sun-wither after being plucked. This processing is similar to what is done in traditional oolong production. The plucks are then piled for a brief one hour oxidation period which yields the final taste and aromatics.
