Managed by agronomy and processing experts Los Volcanes Coffee in Guatemala’s renowned Antigua valley, their wet mill centrally processes cherry from select local farms. This precision fermentation at scale yields consistent, high-quality macro lots from the thousands of farms benefiting from the area’s unique microclimates, elevations, and volcanic soil around Volcán de Agua.

We find that brewing washed coffees from South America with a Kalita Wave 155 brings out the best of their crisp acidity and chocolatey sweetness.
