PARTNERSHIP & REGION
Three generations of the Anzueto family have farmed this land in the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Today, Victor Hugo Anzueto oversees every detail — from hand-sorting ripe cherry at harvest to using an eco-pulper that saves up to 95% more water than traditional methods.
FAVORITE BREW METHOD
We find that brewing washed coffees from Central America with a Kalita Wave 155 brings out the best of their crisp acidity and sweetness.
