This coffee comes from smallholder farms in Papua New Guinea and is processed at the Kuta Coffee Mill, where the Ulga and Kolga tribes—traditional rivals—work together. The mill incentivizes quality and consistency, helping strengthen farmer partnerships across the region.
FAVORITE BREW METHOD
Pacific coffees are known for their earthy sweetness. This sweetness if best expressed when brewed on a Kalita Wave 155.
