Novo Tea Yunnan Black Snail is sourced from the mountains of Yunnan province in China. The rich soil cultivated by consistent misty conditions allows for robust, clean flavor development. Once picked, the long-leaf variety customary of this growing region is hand-rolled into a tight curl. It is this finished rolled shape from which the tea derives its name. While steeping the tea slowly unfurls and emits the full depth of flavor produced during processing. Yunnan Black Snail makes a great second and third steep as well.
